Returns and exchanges

If something isn't quite right with your order please contact us immediately and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

Your item(s) may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Items exempt from being refunded or exchanged:

• Used items
• Personalised items
• Incorrect spelling (please ensure names are spelt correctly on checkout); a replacement item will be offered if the mistake was ours
• Sale items; only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged

Shipping

• The original shipping cost for your initial order is non-refundable
• If you change your mind and qualify for an exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the exchanged item
• If the item you received was faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse your return shipping costs
• If you would like a refund due to change of mind, shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable
